First task of today, you are going to explain the definition and types of social media networking. After that, you will create a mind map or even infographic  about how all these social media networking connect with each other to serve education. Then you will end up with simple quiz on Moodle.  Below I will provide references about social media networking and example about how social media networking serve education.

According to Business Horizons book, “Social networking sites are applications that enable users to connect by creating personal information profiles, inviting friends and colleagues to have access to those profiles, and sending e-mails and instant messages between each other” (Kaplan & Haenlein, 2010).

The following inforgraphic is a great example how some social media networking such as Facebook, twitter, YouTube and WordPress connect with each other and how can all these used in the teaching.
